Be inspired by one of my favorite quotes ever and be Happy, Strong and Courageous. I let "courage " take many first steps in my life so far and it never failed. 







I love chestnuts. They are so popular in Slovakia, that I remember eating roasted chestnuts since I was a little kid. I rediscovered them the other day when walking down the grocery aisle in Whole Foods, but you can also find them in Trader Joe's. These "almostlikenuts" are naturally gluten free, rich in vitamin B, C and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron. Just like almonds or walnuts, chestnuts are excellent source of mono-saturated fatty oleic and palmitoleic acids, which helps lower "bad choresterol" and increase "good choresterol" level within blood. 


As my friend & colleague Jenna says: " There is always time for burpees!" Who doesn't love burpees? If you don't, you should, because they work your entire body. 


Well, that's right. It's not only one thing. I have the whole collection of Moleskine. They make my life so much easier. Plus, I love their cute stickers that help me organize Happy & Strong ideas and keep track of everything what I am just being up to.
